While  in the Navy for 10 years I completed three tours in the Persian Gulf and took classes to transition into computers where I achieved my Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification. I have worked in the civilian world of Information Technology (IT) for the past 10 years. 

Having worked in the corporate environment I have solved a wide variety of computer problems including network issues, printers, server configurations, and desktop support.  This experience is now available in your home or business in the North Idaho/ Spokane area.  No need to unplug everything and take your computer into a shop.  I will come to you!
